ZOOM Class timetable
All classes designed and led by Chartered Physiotherapists.The classes run in blocks of five weeks. For more details around the start dates of the blocks of classes click HERE
The cost for five weeks is €69.
From Jan 2021 there are three types of classes.
1) Stay Strong- Class content is created for women who are feeling well, have no significant pelvic girdle pain symptoms and were active prior to pregnancy.
2) Finding Relief-Class content is created for women who may be experiencing pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, those moving towards the end of the pregnancy and ready to decrease intensity and those who have other health concerns which impact their ability to exercise.
3) Beyond Birth- Post natal class with focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, tummy muscles, upper and lower back and improving flexibility.
