We believe that all women should be encouraged to exercise during pregnancy, from walkers to marathon runners. We use our knowledge and physiotherapy training to provide a safe and supportive environment in The Bump Room.

As instructors we also support each other by meeting up regularly to share experiences, expertise, ideas and information. This helps us to support each other, as pregnancy is a specialised exercise group that requires continual learning to develop our classes.
