Danielle has over 14 years of experience as a physiotherapist working with the HSE. Her career started in the acute hospitals of Letterkenny & Galway and in more recent years she has worked in primary care in Cork and Nenagh. She enjoys treating a wide range of clients in the primary care setting including clients with neurological conditions, antenatal & postnatal clients & those with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues. Danielle is a firm believer that there is a suitable exercise out there for everyone. She has previously run group exercise classes for people with multiple sclerosis, low back pain, arthritis and a recovery class for athletes. She is currently completing a cognitive behavioral therapy/mindfulness course via remote learning.
Danielle has been running The Bump Room classes for over 4 years in Limerick & Killaloe. Her favourite part of running the classes is supporting women during the highs and challenges each pregnancy brings and then randomly bumping into them months or years later! She enjoys keeping women as active as they can be during their pregnancy but also educating women on the importance of pelvic floor health.
Danielle is married to Darren and they have three very active boys under the age of 6. Danielle had her 2nd boy at home with a planned home birth. Danielle keeps fit by running and walking in the hills around Killaloe, pilates self practice and is addicted to virtual cycle racing!< View PrevView Next >
