We are returning to our live in-person classes from Nov 2021 through to Jan 2022. We will also continue to run our live Zoom classes.
ZOOM Class timetableThe classes run in blocks of five weeks.
The cost for five weeks is €69.
There are three types of classes available on Zoom
1) Stay Strong- Class content is created for women who are feeling well, have no significant pelvic girdle pain symptoms and were active prior to pregnancy.
2) Finding Relief-Class content is created for women who may be experiencing pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, those moving towards the end of the pregnancy and ready to decrease intensity and those who have other health concerns which impact their ability to exercise.
3) Beyond Birth- Post natal class with focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, tummy muscles, upper and lower back and improving flexibility.
