Graduated with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy from The University of Limerick.
Louise is currently working as a women’s health physiotherapist in the University Maternity Hospital Limerick. Through this role she has experience in treating patients with a variety of pregnancy related conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, rib pain/thoracic pain and carpal tunnel syndrome.
In the maternity hospital, Louise leads a weekly clinical Pilates class that facilitates mothers in the rehabilitation of diastasis recti (abdominal muscle) separation. Whilst providing ante-natal educational classes, Louise promotes exercise during pregnancy and advises expecting mothers on how to do this in a safe yet challenging manner.< View PrevView Next >
