We are very excited to be starting a Bump Room in Killaloe, Co Clare. This class will be instructed by Danielle McMackin. Bump room classes incorporate exercises from pregnancy pilates, pregnancy yoga and pregnancy fitness. These are led by Chartered Physiotherapists with vast experience in women’s health who are committed to learning, sharing, teaching and supporting each other to create classes that deliver an excellent experience for our pregnant ladies.
Danielle has been with The Bump Room since September 2016 and has been running one of the classes in Castletroy since she came on board. She is delighted to be bringing the Bump Room to Killaloe, to a brand new venue in the beautiful setting of Clarisford Park.
Danielle is originally from Shannon but has been living in Killaloe for over 4 years now. She is a mother to two small, very active boys – and can often be seen pushing them around town in a giant yellow buggy!
Danielle graduated with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy from University of Limerick and has been working as a chartered Physiotherapist with the HSE for the last 11 years in both the acute and primary care sector. In this time she has gained valuable experience in a number of areas including women’s health, musculoskeletal, neurology and paediatrics. She is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and is interested in all aspects of Physio – particularly in ante-natal exercise.
”I am very excited about this new addition to the Bump Room family and am really looking forward to seeing all the lovely bumps in the Bump Room Killaloe”.
